Name: Antonella Macinati
Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I received my law degree from the University of Teramo, Italy, obtained in 2011. From 2011 to 2013 I attended a Specialization School for Legal Professions at the same Univeristy.
I have been working as a lawyer for 3 years, since I passed the bar exam in 2014.
In 2016 I have attended a Master’s course in Information Technology (IT) Law and Legal Informatics at the Interdepartmental Centre for Research in the History, Philosophy and sociology of law and in Computer Science and Law (CIRSFID) of the University of Bologna (Italy).
Currently, I am working at the law firm ICT Legal Consulting and I am a research fellow at the Italian Institute for Privacy
What are you working on in the Privacy Flag project?
I’m working on Data Protection Office.
Tell us about the tool you are working on
I am working on Data Protection Office, which is a task that defines a privacy compliance system for the Consortium and its developed tools, providing guidelines, documents and procedures, to comply with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
